WHAT TO EXPECT

Remove outside footwear - no footwear allowed past the front desk.
Check in for your class on the tablet.
Although we understand if you are unable to arrive on time, please do your best. Join class quietly if you are later than expected.

We welcome family and friends to watch their student practice, your support makes a positive impact!
Help yourself to a complimentary coffee, hang out, and watch your student's progress!

Two change rooms and washroom facility available for your convenience.
Remove all jewelry, piercings, watches, etc.
Store your bag and personal belongings on the shelf by the change rooms.
Bring your water bottle (we have a water cooler for refills) and any equipment (mouth guard, gloves, etc.).
Speak with your instructor if you have an injury or wound.
Foot washing is required. Wash and dry your feet at the foot wash station before or any time you leave and return to the mats.
Inside flip-flops are encouraged when off the mats.

Our sprung floor supports shock and impact absorption, reducing discomfort and the risk of injury during training and sparring.
Our high-end Zebra Mats provide a premium surface with enhanced cushioning and grip allowing for dynamic movements to safely practice techniques.
Our experienced coaches/instructors provide proper guidance and supervision during classes.

Wipe down your gear after each class.
Bring your own personal items if you are showering on-site (towel, soap, etc.) - please be respectful of time.
Wash your clothing after each class and maintain regular personal hygiene. practices

We may have some equipment you can borrow for class - ask your instructor or at the front desk for assistance.
We sell water bottles, gatorade, and protein bars - we can charge through Zen Planner for your convenience!
